FREE Skills Assessment

Find Out If RPL Is Right for You. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a way to have your existing skills and experience assessed towards a nationally recognised qualification. It can save you time and money, but RPL is not the right pathway for everyone.

Why Complete a Free Skills Assessment?

Our Free Skills Assessment - sometimes called an RPL suitability check - is the first step in finding out whether RPL might be an option for you. This is a guide only and does not guarantee an RPL outcome.

Quick, Free and Obligation-Free

Completing the form usually takes less than 5 minutes. There is no cost and no obligation to continue.

Reviewed by Experienced Assessors

Your information is assessed by qualified practitioners who understand what real industry experience looks like against qualification requirements.

Personalised Advice on Your Best Pathway

You'll receive tailored guidance based on your specific background and goals - not a generic response.

Helps You Avoid Wasting Time or Money

Find out if RPL is right for you before committing. Helps you avoid unsuitable courses and wasted effort.

What Is the Free Skills Assessment?

The Free Skills Assessment is a simple way for us to review your background and give you tailored guidance. You'll be asked for some basic details about your work history, current role, and the qualification you're interested in.

This step allows us to check if your experience aligns with the course requirements, suggest other qualifications that may be a better fit, and recommend whether RPL, study, or a mix of both is most suitable.

This is a guide only and does not guarantee an RPL outcome. If you continue after this step, you will need to provide detailed evidence and complete the full assessment process.
