Our custom-designed head office campus opened in 2020. Features specialised security training spaces, computer labs, student breakout rooms and a balcony area. Conveniently located north of Brisbane with ample free parking.
Courses Available at North Lakes
North Lakes is our Head Office campus and offers the widest range of courses of any Asset College campus.
Security Operations
Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20218) — the gateway qualification for crowd controllers and security officers.
Certificate III in Security Operations
Advanced security qualification including crowd control and loss prevention.
Certificate IV in Security Management
Leadership and management qualification for senior security professionals.
First Aid and CPR
Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR qualifications. Nationally recognised. Short courses available.
Firearms (Weapons Act)
QLD Weapons Act training — required for licensed security officers carrying firearms or batons.
Justice of the Peace (JP)
Justice of the Peace (Qualified) — North Lakes is one of the few RTOs in QLD to offer JP training.
White Card (Construction Induction)
CPCCWHS1001 — General Construction Induction. Short course delivered at North Lakes.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
SITHFAB021 — Responsible Service of Alcohol. Required for bar staff and security at licensed venues.

Asset College's North Lakes campus is our Head Office and flagship training facility. The campus was purpose-designed and opened in 2020, featuring:
