Recognition of Prior Learning for Veterans
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment pathway offered by Registered Training Organisations such as Asset College. It allows individuals to gain qualifications based on existing knowledge and experience rather than completing formal training from scratch.
For ADF members and veterans, RPL is often a highly effective pathway. Your military training and experience in areas such as security operations, leadership, management, work health and safety, and investigations may be directly mapped to civilian qualifications.
Asset College also works with 3CIR, our trusted RPL partner specialising in supporting Defence and Emergency Services members through the RPL process.
