Asset Student Portals

Access the Asset College student portals for course materials, resources, support and tools to help you succeed in your training and studies. Two portals are available depending on your course.

Which Portal Do I Use?

Asset College uses two student portals depending on the type of course you are enrolled in. Contact us if you are unsure which portal to use.

aXcelerate Student Portal

The aXcelerate portal is used for most Asset College courses. Access your units, submit assessments, communicate with your trainer and track your progress. Set up guide available at: asset.edu.au/online-learning-process/

Catapult Student Portal

The Catapult learning management system is used for select courses. Log in at: asset.learnlogin.com.au/users/sign_in

Portal FAQs

How do I set up my online student portal?

After enrolment Asset College will send you instructions to set up your portal access. You can also view the step-by-step guide at asset.edu.au/online-learning-process/ or contact our Student Services team for assistance.

I have forgotten my portal password. What do I do?

Use the forgot password link on your portal login page. If you continue to have trouble, contact our Student Services team on 1300 731 602 or email study@asset.edu.au.

When will I get access to my portal?

You will receive portal access instructions after your enrolment has been confirmed and your training plan has been signed. If you have not received access within 2 business days of signing your training plan, contact our team.

Can I access the portal on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Both the aXcelerate and Catapult portals can be accessed on mobile devices. We recommend using a current browser such as Google Chrome or Safari for the best experience.

What if I am having technical issues with my portal?

Contact our Student Services team on 1300 731 602 or email study@asset.edu.au. Please include details of the issue you are experiencing and what device and browser you are using.

Is there a guide to using my portal?

Yes. A guide to setting up and using the aXcelerate portal is available at asset.edu.au/online-learning-process/. If you need additional help, our trainers and student services team are available to assist.
