What is Asset College's refund policy?

How does Asset College handle complaints?
Asset College has a formal complaints and appeals process. Students can submit a complaint or appeal online. All complaints are acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved as quickly as possible in accordance with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
What are my rights as a student?
As an Asset College student you have the right to a safe and supportive learning environment, access to all relevant information about your course, fair assessment, the ability to appeal assessment decisions, and support if you experience difficulty. Full details are in the Student Handbook.
What are my responsibilities as a student?
Students are expected to engage with their course honestly and diligently, submit assessments by agreed deadlines, maintain appropriate conduct, advise Asset College of any changes to their circumstances, and provide accurate information at the time of enrolment.
How is my personal information protected?
Asset College collects and stores personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information is only shared with third parties where required by law or with your written consent. View the full Privacy Policy for details.
