Entry Requirements
Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
Citizenship/Visa: Australian citizen or permanent resident, or valid visa with working rights.
Criminal History: Must be able to pass a National Police Check. A criminal record may affect eligibility for a TAS Inquiry Agent licence.
English: Sufficient English language, literacy and numeracy skills.
Technology: Reliable computer and internet access required.
International Students: Not open to international students (student visa 500).

Licensing Requirements
TAS Inquiry Agent licensing is administered by the Tasmanian Department of Justice under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002.
To obtain your TAS Inquiry Agent licence you must:
1. Successfully complete the CPP30619 Certificate III in Investigative Services
2. Pass a National Police Check
3. Meet all CBOS/Department of Justice probity requirements
4. Submit a licence application
5. Pay applicable licence fees
